خبر مزيف ..

نشرت عدة صفحات على #الفيسبوك خبر كاذب بانه "مجلس النواب بصدد تشريع قانون الحجاب الاجباري في الاماكن العامة يوم الاحد القادم "

الحقيقة :
١. موقع مجلس النواب لم يشير الى هكذا خبر .
٢. مناقض للدستور العراقي وهي :
المادة (2) :
اولاً :ـ الاسلام دين الدولة الرسمي، وهو مصدرٌ اساس للتشريع:
أ ـ لا يجوز سن قانونٍ يتعارض مع ثوابت احكام الاسلام.
ب ـ لا يجوز سن قانونٍ يتعارض مع مبادئ الديمقراطية.
ج ـ لا يجوز سن قانونٍ يتعارض مع الحقوق والحريات الاساسية الواردة في هذا الدستور.
ثانياً :ـ يضمن هذا الدستور الحفاظ على الهوية الاسلامية لغالبية الشعب العراقي، كما ويضمن كامل الحقوق الدينية لجميع الافراد في حرية العقيدة والممارسة الدينية، كالمسيحيين، والايزديين، والصابئة المندائيين.
المادة (3):
العراق بلدٌ متعدد القوميات والاديان والمذاهب، وهو عضوٌ مؤسسٌ وفعالٌ في جامعة الدول العربية وملتزمٌ بميثاقها وجزءٌ من العالم الاسلامي.

Fake news ..

Several pages on Facebook published false news that "the parliament is in the process of enacting the compulsory headscarf law in public places on Sunday"

Truth :
1. The site of the parliament did not indicate such news.
2. Contrary to the Iraqi constitution:
Article (2)
Article 2:
First: Islam is the official religion of the State and it is a fundamental source of legislation:
A. No law that contradicts the established provisions of Islam may be established.
B. No law that contradicts the principles of democracy may be established.
C. No law that contradicts the rights and basic freedoms stipulated in this constitution may be established.
Second: This Constitution guarantees the Islamic identity of the majority of the Iraqi people and guarantees the full religious rights of all individuals to freedom of religious belief and practice such as Christians, Yazedis, and Mandi Sabeans.
Article 3:
(Iraq is a country of many nationalities, religions and sects and is a founding and active member of the Arab League and is committed to its covenant. Iraq is a part of the Islamic world.)
