What is the truth about the replay of the retired Jordanian artist, Adham Nabulsi, to singer Maya Diab, saying the problem is that you consider yourself an artist?

Several pages on social media platforms circulated a photo of the Lebanese singer Maya Diab's tweet, accompanied by a replay that it belongs to the retired Jordanian artist, Adham Nabulsi, in which he said, "The problem and the forbidden is that you consider yourself an artist."

The truth:

The replay attributed to Adham Nabulsi in the tweet of the Lebanese artist Maya Diab is fabricated, as it was originally attributed to a young man named “Ibraheem Ramadan.” He mentioned in his response, "The problem and the forbidden is that you consider yourself an artist."

His response came after the artist posted a tweet in which she said, “Art is not forbidden … the forbidden is that you in.”

The circulation of this fake post comes in conjunction with the announcement of the artist, Adham Nabulsi, the news of his retirement on his accounts on social media platforms "Twitter and Instagram" and his official page on Facebook and his YouTube channel yesterday, and the Jordanian singer Adham Nabulsi decided to retire from art, considering that the main reason behind this step is that the path he is taking does not satisfy God and that most of those close to him knew that he was going to retire from art for good, and Adham Al-Nabulsi posted a video clip on his YouTube channel,

Confirming his retirement from art permanently, he said during the clip that he intended to take this step. He aspired to please God through the art he presented and added, "I want to tell you very happy news for me, everyone has goals in his life that he seeks to achieve, but every person must ask himself after achieving this goal: What is he doing? Are there new goals?” He pointed out that “the main goal of our existence in life that we neglect is that we exist in life to please the Lord of the worlds, so the goal must be consistent with pleasing God."

At the end of the video, he thanked everyone who supported him in his career, noting that he would work to achieve his future dreams. Still, they "would be pleasing to God, and the Jordanian Adham Al-Nabulsi had started his artistic career in 2013 when his mother encouraged him to participate in the talent discovery program "X-Factor", and he was part of the artist Wael Kfoury's team, and was able to reach the finals at the time, but he did not get the title.

The artist has on his YouTube channel more than 3.75 million subscribers, and his song "Howeh El Hob" achieved more than 250 million views. Adham continued his artistic career after the "X-Factor" program by releasing several songs, the last of which was "Khayef", which he released before he obtained a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Jordan, to announce yesterday his sudden retirement.
