A picture circulated on social media platforms along with the following text: "Breaking, the second response is now: an airstrike on the Turkish Zlikan base in the north of Iraq, and the sound of the explosion is very loud."

The Truth:

1- The news about the (Turkish Zilkan) base in northern Iraq is true. The news was confirmed by the Anti-Terrorism Directorate in Kurdistan about two hours after the article was published.

2- The picture in the news post is old. It belongs to a missile attack in Rafah in southern Gaza after an Israeli airstrike on April 17, 2021.

Where Israeli warplanes launched a series of air raids on areas in Gaza at dawn on Saturday, April 17, 2021, in response to burst missiles launched from the Palestinian zone, according to media reports.
