Does the video show the Israeli attack on the city of Rafah?

Anti-Gaza accounts posted a video claiming to show Israeli attacks on Hamas forces in Rafah.

Clarification

Despite the fact that many Palestinian casualties have occurred due to Israeli attacks on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, the video in question is old. It was previously published on YouTube in 2021, showing a tribal conflict in Basra province, southern Iraq.

It is worth noting that the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported that the number of victims of Israeli attacks has risen to 37,232, with an additional 85,037 injuries, since October 7, 2023.
