The suspension of official work coincides with the first day of the month of Muharram, the Islamic New Year.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the suspension of official work on Sunday, July 7, 2024, in all ministries and government institutions, coinciding with the first day of the month of Muharram, the Islamic New Year, based on the provisions of Article (1/First/B) of the Official Holidays Law (12 of 2024).
