الحقيقة :
بالنسبة لعبارة " اشارة الى هامشكم المؤرخ" فراح نجي نفصلهة وكما يلي :

ما دام كتب اشارة الى هامشكم فيعني :
١. لازم الكتاب معنون الى هذا الشخص الي شاير الى الهامش مالته .
٢. او يكتب اشارة الى هامش (فلان) اذا يريد يعنون الى كافة المديريات .

بالنسبة لكلمة المؤرخ :
فلازم ينذكر التاريخ بعد كلمة المؤرخ لان الكلمة تدل على التاريخ وينكتب مثلا ٨/٤/٢٠٠٩

فبالاخير هو الكتاب واضح التزوير .

شنو برايكم بعد اكو اخطاء ادارية لخ ؟
ويا صفحات لخ ناشرة التزوير ؟

Truth :
For the phrase "reference to your margin dated” let us detail it as follows:

As long as he wrote “reference to your margin” then that means:
1. The memorandum should be for the person who wrote the margin.
2. Or at least he would write a reference to the margin of this person if he wants to address all the directorates.

For the word “dated”:
It is necessary to mention the date after the word “dated” because the word indicates date and there should be a date as for an example 8/4/2009

so at the end, it’s obviously a forged memorandum.
