The former international player and coach Ahmed Daham died while giving a lecture to his team Masafi.
Ahmed Daham Karim, a former football player and current coach, had played for Al-Rasheed, Al-Karkh, Al-Talaba, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya clubs, and represented the Iraqi national team in the 1996 Asian Cup in the UAE, and after his retirement, he coached several clubs, including the Jordanian Al-Baqa'a Club.
