Did The Saudi Crown Prince Gift The Saudi National Team Players New Rolls-Royce Cars?
A news post circulated on social media: "Officially, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman gifts the Saudi national team players new Rolls-Royce cars to each of them."
The Truth:
There is no source that proves the validity of this, and none of the official and unofficial Saudi reliable media has announced similar news about the Saudi Crown Prince (Mohammed bin Salman) gifting the national team players luxury Rolls-Royce cars.
The Saudi national team striker (Saleh Al-Shehri) also denied the validity of this news during a press conference, in which a journalist asked Al-Shehri if he had received a Rolls-Royce and the color he chose. The Saudi player replied, laughing: "These reports are incorrect."
We have previously clarified the truth of a similar piece of news, according to which the Emir of Qatar granted a large financial reward of $300,000 to the players of the Saudi national team. Still, when checking the news, it turned out to be fake.
The circulation of this false news comes after the good performance of the Saudi national team against Argentina, which promoted them to beat Messi and his mates by two goals to one in the first-round matches of the 2022 World Cup group tournament.
