What is the truth about the objection of some international newspapers regarding Jordan's loss and Qatar's crowning of the Asian Cup?

News circulated on social media that all of (the Spanish newspaper Marca, the British Daily Mail, the Brazilian TNT, and the German Bild) objected to Qatar’s winning in the 2023 Asian Cup.

The truth

The news is fake and the claim attached to it is incorrect, as by referring to the aforementioned newspapers it was found that they did not share reports or statements similar to what was circulated on social media sites.

As the newspaper (Marca) had reported the news of Qatar’s winning and talked about the Spanish coach who led the Qatari team to the championship title, it also mentioned

Many will blame the Chinese referee for the penalty kicks, but when examining the three clips in detail, there is only one conclusion: all three goals were valid penalty kicks.

The Daily Mail newspaper talked about the final match and how the Qatari player (Akram Afif) celebrated an optical trick using a card bearing his picture and the letter S.

As for the newspaper (TNT), it reported the news of Afif scoring three goals without mentioning additional details about the tournament.

When searching the Bild newspaper's websites, it was found that it did not share any news about winning the Asian Cup, and did not mention the Chinese referee who was officiating the match.

Also, when searching, no Argentine newspapers called “Palegrano” and Japanese newspapers called “Young Foot” were found that reported similar statements, as was claimed in a fabricated manner.

Some international newspapers praised the Qatari team's winning in the cup, including (Standard Sport, Mundo Deportivo, ESPN FC, Yomiuri Shimbun).
