Did Sabah Al-Saadi Describe Rasheed Al-Husseini As A TV Host Working for Al-Forat?

A piece of news circulated on social media platforms: "Sabah Al-Saadi: Rasheed Al-Husseini is not qualified to speak on behalf of the religious reference, and he is not trusted by the religious reference, as is circulated in the media. Sabah Al-Saadi: Rasheed Al-Husseini is nothing but a program presenter working for Al-Forat channel, with a contract for a certain amount of money, like all media professionals and program presenters."

The Truth:

The statement attributed to Sheikh (Sabah Al-Saadi) is incorrect, and after searching through his official accounts on social media, it was found that he did not make a similar statement about Al-Khatib (Rasheed Al-Husseini).

It is reported that (Al-Saadi) previously shared a video clip of Sheikh (Abdul Mahdi al-Karbalai) during a speech he gave in 2018, and commented on it:

"There is nothing left for the people except (developing their strategies) of peaceful protest (to impose their will) on the officials supported by all the good forces. And then the scene has (another side) will have two tents for the other side, the first / the reform tent (the people and the good forces) and the second / the corruption tent (the parties that oppose reform) This is the opinion of the religious reference, frankly speaking, and there is no need to listen to anyone who is (below it)."

The circulation of this news comes after (Rasheed Al-Husseini) appeared during a video in which he spoke about Imam Al-Sajjad (peace be upon him), and about the legitimacy of the uprising, stating, “We, in all stages of our lives, must not do rebellious, revolutionary, or military acts, except under the direction of the infallible, may God’s prayers be upon him,” on August 24, 2022.

Furthermore, (Al-Husseini) previously mentioned, "I am not a spokesperson for the religious reference, and I am not a representative of the religious reference at all." He added, "I am a cleric in the Hawza, and I have my own opinions and perspective."
