What is the truth about the Health Committee member, MP Wafaa Al-Shammari's statement of burning large corruption files in the fire of the Ministry of Health?
MP Wafaa Al-Shammari, on the chairs game program that hosted on the Al-Sharqiya TV channel, stated the following: "The Nasiriyah fire incident came to cover up the fire of the Ministry of Health, which caused the burning of large corruption files, financial administrative files, and Kimadia files, according to her perception".
The clarification:
The Ministry of Health clarified with a video clip on its official page, in which it refuted what was stated by the MP Al-Shammari and circulated by some pages on social media platforms of false information about damage and burning of the Ministry’s archives, stating that what happened was an electrical short and the fire happened in the cooling tunnel services and the electrical connections and it was controlled by the Self-Defense and firefighters. The floors of the contracts department, financial and legal archives, and Kimadia files were not affected.
